Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal is forming the GAIKO initiative and seeking a senior partnerships leader to shape AI vendor relationships, manage governance, and drive value across business units. You will own the partner ecosystem strategy, coordination across procurement and risk, and the storytelling needed to win executive alignment.

You'll engage senior leaders at partner firms, build the business case for tier changes, and surface opportunities that accelerate AI adoption across the firm’s advisory

Qualifications

• 7+ years in partnerships, alliances, business development, or ecosystem management.
• Comfortable operating at senior/executive level, internally and with partner organizations.
• Strong project-coordination instincts across procurement, security, and BU stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to build narrative and briefing materials.

Responsibilities

• Define AI partnership strategy: categories of partners, desired relationships, and tiering.
• Track health, terms, and ownership of partnerships; manage go/no-go decisions.
• Develop narratives and materials for executives and partners; support strategic reviews.
• Surface partnership opportunities and match partners to BU use cases.
• Maintain a living inventory of AI partners with owners, status, contacts, and renewals.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Security/Risk to accelerate priority partnerships.
