Anthropic is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager for Financial Services to drive AI adoption across Banking, Insurance, and Asset & Wealth segments. You will be a strategic partner and trusted advisor to complex customers, guiding them through Claude capabilities—Claude Enterprise, Claude Code, and API.

You’ll align customer objectives with Anthropic’s product roadmap, scale usage, and maximize value across their organization.

Formación

6+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Solutions Engineering.
Experience with enterprises in Financial Services.
Deep understanding of FSI regulatory, risk, and compliance needs.
Technical fluency for AI/ML concepts, API integrations, and software implementation.
Experience across consumption- and seat-based business models.
Strategic mindset to identify growth opportunities and expansion plans.

Responsabilidades

Build trusting relationships with key customer decision makers to identify optimization opportunities.
Guide customers on Claude products and best practices to drive value.
Drive usage planning and expansion through consumption and seat-based models.
Monitor usage and proactively address underutilization across products.
Communicate product roadmap and influence internal teams with customer insights.
Quantify value through ROI and business impact metrics for ongoing investment.
Develop scalable engagement strategies for an Industry portfolio.
Own the customer lifecycle with success plans, reviews and executive communications.
