Job summary
Salesforce is seeking a senior enterprise software sales leader to drive adoption of Agentforce Operations, engaging customers and guiding them to AI-powered operational transformation. You will help close strategic deals, build pipelines, and collaborate with solution engineers and marketing to deliver an end-to-end client experience.
You will articulate ROI across industries and navigate multi-stakeholder environments, leveraging the Salesforce ecosystem to grow footprints in Auto, Healthcare,
Qualifications
- 8+ years of quota-carrying enterprise software sales.
- Deep industry experience in one or more target sectors.
- Strong executive-level presentation skills for C-suite audiences.
- Experience selling with AEs across the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Proven ability to articulate AI/automation ROI to stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships to create AI adoption opportunities.
- Communicate the value of Agentforce Operations to business leaders.
- Drive revenue growth by closing new business and expanding existing accounts.
- Develop and execute campaigns targeting operational transformation and AI automation.
- Generate and qualify leads, manage a robust pipeline, assist AEs in closing deals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Operations, IT, and C-suite to tailor solutions.
