Job summary

Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in strategic sales or account management.
- Experience working with founders and C-level executives at high-growth tech companies.
- Proven ability to influence product direction based on customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Own and deepen relationships with founder/CEO-level executives at leading AI companies.
- Lead complex, high-stakes commercial negotiations with multiple stakeholders.
- Drive strategic alignment between customer roadmaps and Anthropic’s product vision.
- Partner with technical teams to ensure seamless execution and customer success.
- Identify market trends and opportunities in the AI industry.
- Develop and execute account strategies across growth stages.
