Job summary

You will identify transformation opportunities, shape AI strategy, operating models, and roadmaps, and translate client needs into practical AI solutions with architects, delivery teams, and partners. Responsibilities include developing proposals and ROI models, supporting presales, and guiding engagements from qualification to delivery, while staying current

Qualifications

• 8+ years of consulting, professional services, or client-facing roles in AI or transformation.
• 3+ years shaping or delivering AI, ML, GenAI, or analytics initiatives.
• Demonstrated strategy acumen with operating model design and transformation planning.
• Experience supporting presales: opportunity identification, solution shaping, or deal reviews.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify AI transformation opportunities and value cases for clients.
• Shape target operating models, governance, adoption, and roadmaps.
• Translate client needs into practical AI solutions with partner teams.
• Develop proposals, ROI models, and executive-ready materials.
• Lead workshops, interviews, assessments, and roadmap development.
• Support mobilization into delivery and client success.
