Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in business development, sales, or technology leadership.
• 5+ years with Banking and Financial Services clients.
• 2+ years closing complex, large-scale AI transformation opportunities.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand relationships with senior executives across strategic banking clients.
• Identify, originate, and develop new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
• Create and execute account growth strategies aligned to client priorities and business objectives.
• Lead complex AI pursuits and transformation opportunities from initial engagement through contract execution.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to client executives by connecting business challenges with technology-enabled solutions.
• Collaborate with consulting, delivery, solution, and industry teams to develop differentiated client propositions.
• Drive revenue growth across a broad portfolio of offerings, including AI transformation, data, cloud, digital, and managed services.
• Develop executive-level business cases, proposals, and presentations that articulate measurable business value.
• Maintain awareness of banking industry trends, market dynamics, competitive positioning, and emerging client priorities.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure successful client outcomes and long-term account expansion.
