Job summary

Genpact LLC seeks a Lead Client Partner to drive AI-enabled growth for global enterprises. You will partner with sales teams to implement GTM plans, manage bookings and deliver accurate forecasts in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.

Based in the United States with hybrid work flexibility, you will lead deal qualification, collaborate with Finance on target planning, and create client POVs to accelerate inflows and bookings while solving complex strategic challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in Commerce, Economics or Finance required.
• MBA or Master in Business Analytics preferred.
• English language proficiency (C2) required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams to implement minimum practices of sales and GTM planning.
• Drive forecasting, manage bookings and conduct business reviews.
• Lead deal qualification and prioritize high-quality opportunities.
• Collaborate with Finance on target planning and annual activities.
• Develop client outreach strategies and POVs, manage engagement calendar.
• Drive inbound and bookings using ACM, Renewals and Partnerships.
• Solve ambiguous business problems and drive strategic initiatives.
