Responsibilities: Partner with sales teams to implement Common Minimum Practices of Sales, including GTM planning, pipeline management, and deal tracking to ensure optimal pipeline health and sales performance. Drive accurate forecasting and contribute to achieving sales targets by managing bookings and conducting business reviews (e.g., QBRs, bookings reviews). Lead the deal qualification process in alignment with the vertical strategy, ensuring high-quality deal management and appropriate prioritization. Collaborate with Finance to drive target planning, aligning annual activities with financial goals for the frontlines. Work closely with sales teams to implement GTM strategies, including account prioritization, white space mapping, and account planning, while developing client nurturing strategies with support from Marketing and IS. Develop and execute client outreach strategies, creating customized Points of View (POVs) and outreach notes, while governing the engagement calendar to ensure timely action. Drive inflows and bookings by leveraging key sales pillars such as ACM, Renewals, Partnerships & Alliances, and PE, embedding these sales pillars across teams. Identify and solve business-critical, ambiguous problems within organization, synthesizing complex information into actionable insights and driving strategic initiatives to improve sales effectiveness.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is: 165,300 to 235,000 USD “Los Angeles California-based candidates are not eligible for this role” The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity.
