Advocate Health is seeking a Technical Program Manager to develop and administer the Epic Factory AI Program and cross-application Strategic Initiatives under the AVP of Clinical Applications for Strategic Projects & AI.

The ideal candidate will hold Epic EHR certification with hands-on experience across core applications, and possess the ability to translate complex business requirements into streamlined workflows while leading high-visibility projects and driving adoption of new solutions.

Qualifications

• Epic EHR certified professional with hands-on experience across core applications.
• Ability to translate business requirements into streamlined, optimized workflows.
• Proven communication across all management levels, from executives to analysts.
• Creative problem solving to reimagine workflows and improve efficiency.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, healthcare standards, and end-to-end workflow design.
• Experience leading complex, high-visibility projects from concept to delivery.
• Track record delivering strategic AI-enabled healthcare solutions.
• Expertise in change management to drive adoption and sustain improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage IT projects to solve technology-driven business problems.
• Assist in business relationship management, strategy and portfolio management.
• Maintain relationships across IT and business units; benchmark industry practices.
• Lead project activities and provide technical direction to ensure design quality.
