Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Technical Program Manager to develop and administer our Epic Factory AI Program and other cross-application strategic initiatives under the AVP of Clinical Applications for Strategic Projects & AI.

The role requires Epic clinical application experience and certification, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into optimized workflows, and to communicate effectively with audiences from senior executives to technical analysts.

Qualifications

• Epic clinical application certification required (e.g., Ambulatory, Orders, ClinDoc, etc.).
• Experience leading complex, high-visibility projects from concept to execution.
• Ability to translate business requirements into streamlined workflows and adopt AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer Epic Factory AI Program and cross-application initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT leadership and business units to define business cases and requirements.
• Lead and mentor IT teams, coordinating project activities to ensure on-time delivery.
