Advocate Health is seeking a Technical Program Manager to develop and administer our Epic Factory AI Program and other cross-application strategic initiatives under the AVP of Clinical Applications for Strategic Projects & AI. Epic EHR certified professional with hands-on experience across core Epic applications is required.

You will translate complex business needs into streamlined workflows, lead high-visibility projects through delivery, mentor teams, and drive adoption of AI-enabled

Qualifications

Epic clinical applications experience required.
Strong ability to translate business requirements into optimized workflows.
Proven track record delivering high-visibility IT projects in healthcare.
Epic certification across core modules (Ambulatory, Orders, ClinDoc, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and administer Epic Factory AI Program and cross-application strategic initiatives.
Lead complex projects from concept through execution under IT leadership.
Translate business needs into streamlined workflows to improve performance and usability.
Drive adoption and sustain process improvements across IT and clinical teams.
Mentor IT staff in workflow design and system enhancements.
