Job summary

Walker & Dunlop is hiring a Program Manager, AI Enablement, to plan, coordinate, and drive strategic AI initiatives across the organization. You will work with AI engineering, product, and business stakeholders to translate priorities into actionable plans and maintain governance, risk, and executive updates.

The role emphasizes partnering with senior leadership, delivering on complex programs, and building scalable AI workflows while coordinating enterprise-wide AI training and adoption.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program management experience.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs with engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership on strategic initiatives.
• Background in technology-driven environments, preferably AI/ML or digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the SVP to set priorities and coordinate a portfolio of AI initiatives.
• Align program objectives, scope, timelines, and dependencies across teams.
• Develop and govern AI platform components and release schedules.
• Coordinate governance with Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Security teams.
• Oversee AI workflow, intake, development, evaluation, launch, and adoption.
