Job summary

Walker & Dunlop's WDTech is seeking an AVP, Senior Product Manager – Agentic Workflows to identify, develop, and deliver AI-powered workflow solutions that improve business processes across the organization. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to translate needs into production-ready AI features, prototype rapidly, and measure impact.

Travel to offices and field locations is required, and a strong background in AI, product

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of product management delivering AI/automation solutions into production.
• Experience managing products end-to-end from discovery to adoption.
• Experience partnering with software engineering teams and translating business needs to technical requirements.
• Experience in commercial real estate, mortgage finance, financial services, or regulated industry preferred.
• Familiarity with developer tools like Git, GitHub/GitLab, Python, JSON, YAML, Markdown preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify AI-enabled automation opportunities through direct user engagement.
• Travel regularly to Walker & Dunlop offices and field locations for insights.
• Translate business needs into product requirements and maintain a prioritized backlog.
• Prototype AI workflow solutions using modern AI tools and platforms.
• Present solutions to stakeholders and refine workflows based on feedback.
• Collaborate with Engineering, SRE, Security, Legal, and Procurement to move prototypes to production.
• Define, measure, and report KPIs such as adoption, efficiency, and impact.
• Maintain workflow documentation, evaluation records, and audit artifacts.
• Communicate priorities and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
• Contribute to evolving AI product capabilities and share reusable solutions.
