Amazon’s Rapid & Rural Logistics (R2L) team seeks a strategic Program Manager to lead AI Enablement across high-growth operational businesses. This role will design and implement frameworks that democratize AI, enabling teams to leverage AI for operational excellence through intelligent automation.

You will build capability development programs, enablement frameworks, and partnerships with Tech teams to scale prototypes into production while measuring success by adoption, ROI, and impact across

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Translate AI enablement vision into executable roadmaps and scalable playbooks.
• Build scalable pathways and AI Champions network to foster AI-first thinking.
• Partner with Tech teams to scale prototypes into production solutions and measure success.
