Qualifications

• Experienced business professional with 3–4 years in Customer Success or SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of customer accountability for the Signature deliverables, the overall customer experience, and renewal and expansion.
• Coordinate all Signature deliverables the customer is entitled to, overseeing the experience throughout the Signature lifecycle.
• Build executive relationships with key stakeholder levels within customer IT and business leadership.
• Act as a trusted advisor to align platform solutions with customer priorities and roadmaps.
• Monitor health, drive adoption, and manage risk across engagements.
