Job summary

EY is seeking a Project Manager to support strategic technology initiatives across the Americas OCTO. You will lead delivery planning, Agile execution, governance, and cross-functional coordination to ensure AI-enabled products and platforms are delivered efficiently with high quality.

This role interfaces with architecture, product, and engineering teams, driving on-time milestones, financial planning, and supplier onboarding while upholding EY standards and certifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Management, Scrum Master, or related delivery leadership roles.
• Experience with PMO processes, project reporting, governance, and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies in alignment with PMO standards.
• Interface with finance on budget preparation and financial reporting.
• Onboard suppliers and coordinate with Legal on NDAs and procurement agreements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Support governance activities and executive reporting.
• Track milestones, releases, and adoption metrics; provide progress visibility.
• Drive delivery predictability by monitoring sprint health, flow metrics, and team capacity.
• Identify and remove delivery impediments across engineering, architecture, and product teams.
