Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Project Manager to lead strategic technology initiatives within the Americas Office of the CTO (OCTO). You will own delivery planning, Agile execution, governance, and cross-functional coordination to ensure AI-enabled products and platforms are delivered efficiently and with high quality.

You will operate at the intersection of product, engineering, architecture, and business teams, guiding budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder reporting to

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Management, Scrum Master, or related delivery leadership roles.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination abilities.
• Experience with PMO processes, governance and project reporting.

Responsibilities

• Financial planning and analysis of budget with finance and strategy office.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies per PMO standards.
• Administer approvals for certifications; onboard suppliers with legal and procurement.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver milestones; support governance and reporting.
• Track product delivery milestones, releases, and adoption metrics.
• Drive delivery predictability by monitoring sprint health and team capacity.
• Proactively remove impediments across engineering, architecture, and product teams.
