Responsibilities

• Be the Agentforce SME for Success Architect org and data foundations like Data360.
• Evaluate optimization strategies for architecture, dev/ops, performance and solution design.
• Identify capability gaps and propose architect solutions through customization.
• Facilitate discussions with executives to align technology strategy with business value and ROI.
• Run playbooks aligned with the engagement catalog for Agentforce customers.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners to support growth.
• Mentor and share knowledge to drive thought leadership.
