The role owns client relationships, coordinates across the bank, and grows the agricultural portfolio while ensuring regulatory compliance and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Seven or more years in relationship banking or related financial services field.
• Experience with agricultural lending and portfolio management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and grow a portfolio of agricultural business clients and revenue objectives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, providing strategic financial guidance and tailored solutions.
• Analyze client cash flow, profitability, credit quality, and risk; recommend banking solutions.
• Coordinate with credit underwriting, treasury, and portfolio teams to structure solutions.
• Maintain client relationships by coordinating across the bank and connecting with specialists.
