Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking an Agriculture Business Banking Relationship Manager to lead advisory and relationship management for agricultural clients.

You will develop new business, deepen existing relationships, and deliver tailored lending, treasury, payments, and wealth solutions that align with client goals. You will coordinate with specialists across the bank, own client relationships, and drive portfolio growth while staying knowledgeable about agricultural industry trends and risk management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of experience in relationship banking, business banking, commercial banking, agricultural lending, or related field.
• Experience with agricultural lending, agribusiness, or related industries preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and grow a portfolio of agricultural business clients and revenue.
• Serve as trusted advisor providing tailored financial guidance and solutions.
• Analyze client financial performance: cash flow, profitability, risk exposure.
• Coordinate with credit underwriting, portfolio management, treasury, and other teams.
• Maintain ownership of client relationships and coordinate across the bank.
• Demonstrate expertise in agricultural lending, credit analysis, risk management.
