Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking an Agriculture Business Banking Relationship Manager to lead relationships with agricultural clients, delivering tailored financial solutions across lending, treasury, payments, deposits, and wealth management.

You will coordinate with credit underwriting and treasury teams to structure solutions, grow the agricultural portfolio, and expand the bank’s presence in local markets while maintaining a client-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Seven or more years of experience in relationship banking, business banking, commercial banking, agricultural lending, or related financial services.
• Strong relationship management, business development and consultative sales experience.
• Knowledge of agricultural production, livestock operations, agribusiness, agricultural economics and industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and grow a portfolio of agricultural business clients by identifying new business opportunities and achieving portfolio growth and revenue objectives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by providing strategic financial guidance and tailored solutions for agricultural producers and agribusinesses.
• Analyze client financial performance and recommend banking, lending, treasury, payments, deposits, and wealth management solutions.
• Coordinate resources across credit underwriting, portfolio management, treasury management and other teams.
• Maintain ownership of client relationships and connect clients with specialists when appropriate.
• Demonstrate expertise in agricultural lending, credit analysis and risk management practices affecting agriculture.
• Build relationships with centers of influence and industry groups to expand opportunities.
