U.S. Bank seeks an Agriculture Business Banking Relationship Manager (AgRM) to lead the agricultural client portfolio, delivering tailored financial solutions and coordinating bank resources for superior client service.

You will act as a trusted advisor, growing relationships and driving revenue across lending, treasury, payments, and wealth management. The role requires at least a bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in related banking fields, with strong relationship-building and risk management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of experience in relationship banking, business banking, commercial banking, agricultural lending, or related financial services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a portfolio of agricultural business clients, identifying opportunities and achieving growth.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, providing strategic financial guidance and tailored solutions.
• Analyze client financial performance and recommend banking, lending, treasury, payments, deposits, and wealth solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to structure solutions and manage risk.
• Maintain client relationships by coordinating resources and referrals across the bank.
