Qualifications

Master's degree preferred.
7+ years financial services experience with agribusiness focus.

Responsibilities

Serve as trusted financial advisor and primary contact for commercial agribusiness clients.
Lead growth strategy and business development within a defined geography.
Oversee credit processes, underwriting, and portfolio management.
Mentor junior RMs and lead cross-functional client reviews.
