Job summary

Salesforce is hiring an Agentic Operations and Intelligence Consultant to drive go-to-market motions for Agentforce process automation. You will own the end-to-end value narrative from discovery to high-stakes POC engagements that prove ROI and secure wins.

Partner with Account Executives to identify transformation opportunities across back-office functions and articulate the value of the Agentic Enterprise.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Technical Sales, Solutions Engineering, or related fields.
• Deep industry experience in financial services, healthcare, supply chain, or public sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic value selling and define multi-year value roadmaps.
• Architect and pitch a multi-year value narrative for customers.
• Present to executives and translate AI/automation concepts into business outcomes.
• Manage 4–5 week Proof of Concept engagements to prove ROI.
• Collaborate with product/engineering to align roadmap with field needs.
• Own deal velocity and win rates within Regrello/Apromore portfolio.
