Job summary

Sciton is a leader in laser, light, and energy technologies and seeks an Aesthetic Consultant to drive revenue across a multi-city territory, including Nashville. You will develop new customer relationships, manage strategic accounts, and lead the full sales cycle from discovery to close.

Based in or near Nashville, TN, you will travel 40–60% and collaborate with marketing, service, and operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences while achieving quotas through effective demonstrations

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of successful B2B sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding a $1.5M annual quota.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally (40–60%).
• Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of named key accounts and expand adoption across Sciton platforms.
• Lead full sales cycle from discovery to close.
• Develop pipeline through outbound activity and referrals.
• Forecast and report CRM data to leadership.
• Plan and execute educational selling events.
• Collaborate with marketing, service, and operations teams.
