Qualifications

• 2–5 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in capital equipment, technology, or medical devices.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding an annual quota of $1.5M+ in revenue.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally as required (40–60%).
• Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Account Ownership: Manage a portfolio of named key accounts and expand adoption across Sciton platforms.
• Sales Execution: Lead the full sales cycle – from discovery through demonstration, negotiation and close – to meet or exceed quota.
• Prospecting & Pipeline Development: Identify, research, and engage new business opportunities through outbound activity and referrals.
• Territory Management: Balance new business and account retention for territory growth.
• Product Demonstrations: Conduct in-person and virtual demonstrations tailored to buyer needs.
