NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, CA is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to drive full-cycle hiring for internships to experienced roles. You will partner with hiring teams, HR partners, and campus stakeholders to attract and hire top talent for our space exploration initiatives.

The role emphasizes university outreach, event involvement, and a strong focus on candidate experience and data-driven hiring decisions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of full life cycle recruiting in engineering or technology.
• Master’s degree with 4+ years of work experience in recruiting.
• Experience recruiting within engineering and computer science disciplines preferred.
• Proficiency with an applicant tracking system; Workday preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide consultation with clients through planning meetings and employer brand strategies.
• Manage full lifecycle recruiting for internships, new-to-career and experienced roles.
• Lead debrief meetings to maintain a high hiring bar and candidate experience.
• Develop relationships with universities and vendors.
• Lead interview days and events, representing JPL in outreach efforts.
• Contribute to the JPL employer brand via social media and events.
• Guide candidates through a delightful experience and ensure timely, compliant communication.
• Co-manage the JPL Internship Program with Academic Engagement Office.
