Job summary

CesiumAstro in Westminster, CO is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to build and manage a robust recruiting pipeline for satellites and aerospace roles. You will collaborate with hiring managers to identify requirements, source top candidates, and guide them through a rigorous interview process.

The role requires hands-on recruitment across manufacturing, test, GA/support, and executive tracks. A startup mindset and strong communication are essential for success in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline from an accredited university or institution.
• Prior career experiences in the aerospace industry, or similar, working in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting within manufacturing, production, and corporate environments.
• Experience recruiting for Test, Manufacturing, GA/Support functions, and Executive positions.
• Excellent networking and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand the technical requirements of each role and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Proactively source, identify and engage top-tier candidates for various roles in Test, Manufacturing, GA/Support functions, and Executive, and other relevant disciplines.
• Effectively assess the technical ability and aptitude of candidates for complex engineering roles.
• Consult with hiring managers regarding candidate backgrounds and make recommendations.
• Engage in full-cycle recruitment from screening applicants to evaluating skills, experience, and cultural fit to negotiating and extending offers.
• Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, industry conferences, and networking events, to build a strong pool of qualified candidates.
• Assist with a wide array of additional functions as necessary within a high growth startup.
