CesiumAstro is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to build a pipeline for spacecraft and aerospace system roles. You will collaborate with hiring managers to identify, attract, and hire top talent across engineering disciplines while evaluating technical fit and cultural alignment.

The role emphasizes hands-on sourcing, strategic recruiting plans, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced startup environment, with stock options and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline from an accredited university.
• 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting within aerospace/space/defense.
• Experience recruiting for electrical, mechanical, software and other engineering roles.
• Strong networking skills and ability to engage passive candidates.
• Experience with full life cycle recruiting from screening to extending offers.

Responsibilities

• Work with hiring managers to understand technical role requirements and craft recruitment strategies.
• Source, identify, and engage top-tier technical candidates across engineering and aerospace disciplines.
• Assess technical ability and aptitude of candidates for complex roles.
• Consult with hiring managers on candidate backgrounds and fit, and make recommendations.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment from screening to offers and negotiations.
• Use diverse sourcing techniques (job boards, social media, events) to build a strong candidate pool.
• Support additional recruiting tasks in a high-growth startup.
