Job summary

CesiumAstro is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to build pipelines for satellite, aerospace, and space systems roles. You will partner with hiring managers to attract top talent across Test, Manufacturing, GA/Support, and Executive functions, while assessing technical fit and driving the full recruiting lifecycle.

The role requires deep industry knowledge, strong networking, and strategic sourcing in a fast-growing startup environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline from an accredited university.
• Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience in manufacturing, production, and corporate environments.
• Experience recruiting for Test, Manufacturing, GA/Support functions, and Executive positions.
• Strong networking, full life cycle recruiting, and proactive sourcing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Work with hiring managers to understand technical role requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source, identify, and engage top candidates for Test, Manufacturing, GA/Support, and Executive roles.
• Assess candidate technical ability and aptitude for complex engineering-related positions.
• Consult with hiring managers on candidate backgrounds and offer recommendations.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from screening through offers and negotiation.
