Job summary

CesiumAstro is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to build a strong candidate pipeline for satellite and aerospace roles. You will collaborate with hiring managers to source, assess, and hire top engineering talent while promoting CesiumAstro’s compelling value proposition.

The role requires deep technical recruiting experience in aerospace, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to manage multiple high-priority requisitions in a fast-growth startup environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting within aerospace/defense.
• Experience recruiting for electrical, mechanical, software and other engineering roles.
• Strong networking and passive candidate engagement skills.
• Experience with full lifecycle recruiting and extend offers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Source, identify, and engage top-tier technical candidates for engineering, software, and aerospace roles.
• Assess candidates’ technical abilities and suitability for complex engineering positions.
• Consult with hiring managers on candidate backgrounds and fit; negotiate offers.
• Manage multiple high-priority requisitions and coordinate interview processes.
