Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field with a min. 6 years of full lifecycle recruiting in engineering/tech.
• Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment and respond to evolving hiring needs.
• Experience recruiting within engineering or computer science disciplines preferred.
• Creative thinker with strong sourcing and assessment skills; ability to attract passive talent.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems; Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation with clients, university relationship managers, and technical reps to plan strategies and ensure candidate experience.
• Lead full lifecycle recruiting for internships and early-career roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers and onboarding.
• Lead debriefs to maintain a high hiring bar and consistent processes.
• Develop relationships with universities and vendors to strengthen talent pipelines.
• Coordinate and lead events, interview days, and employer branding activities.
