• Experience recruiting in engineering and computer science preferred.
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems; Workday preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; confident and warm.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultations with clients and manage employer relationships.
• Lead full lifecycle recruiting for internships, new to career, and experienced roles.
• Lead debriefs, maintain candidate experience, and high hiring bar.
• Develop relationships with universities and vendors.
• Travel for events, host students, and represent JPL at events.
• Contribute to employer brand through social media and experiences.
• Ensure data-driven decisions with accurate ATS inputs.
• Co-manage Internship Program with Academic Engagement Office.
• Stay updated on market trends and recruiting best practices.
