Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field with 6+ years of full lifecycle recruiting in engineering or tech.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and pivot priorities as hiring needs evolve.
• Experience recruiting within engineering and computer science disciplines preferred.
• Strong sourcing and assessment skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide consultation with clients, university reps, and technical representatives through planning meetings and employer branding strategies.
• Manage full lifecycle recruiting for internships, new-to-career, and experienced positions across lab.
• Lead debrief meetings to maintain a high hiring bar and positive candidate experience.
• Develop relationships with universities and key vendors.
• Travel to events and interview days, representing JPL professionally.
• Contribute to JPL employer branding via social media and events.
• Support the culture and advocate for diverse candidates.
• Guide candidates through a delightful experience and data-driven decisions.
