Qualifications

• Experience in pipeline development and opportunity qualification.
• Ability to translate account plans into targeted engagement across commands and program offices.
• Experience leading capture and proposal activities.

Responsibilities

• Own the Air Force pipeline and maintain the USAF opportunity in the corporate CRM.
• Develop and execute account strategy across assigned commands, directorates, and program offices.
• Shape opportunities before they compete by engaging customers early and guiding acquisition strategy.
• Transition qualified pursuits into capture with a complete customer picture and competitive assessment.
• Lead capture on select pursuits including planning, analysis, teaming, and win strategy.
• Grow existing business by identifying in-scope growth and follow-on work within the Air Force portfolio.
• Provide accurate pipeline and capture status for reviews and reporting.
