Job summary

Precision Advanced Manufacturing is seeking a dedicated Customer Liaison to serve as the day-to-day contact for our largest Space industry account. You will translate MRP data into accurate customer communication and feed customer needs, priorities and urgency back into the organization.

The role requires 3–5+ years in customer service, account or program management, with strong MRP/CRM experience (JobBOSS² preferred; Salesforce preferred).

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in Customer Service, Account or Program Management.
• Strong MRP/CRM experience required (JobBOSS² preferred; Salesforce preferred).
• Aerospace/Defense and precision manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, data management, organization and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent customer updates including status requests and open order report summaries.
• Provide proactive, data-driven promise dates and daily shipping updates to the customer including portal updates.
• Communicate customer priorities, urgency, and expedite requests internally.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Estimating, Planning, Operations, Quality and Shipping.
• Escalate significant delivery, quality or customer issues to Sales and leadership.
• Support engineering and technical customer conversations when needed.
