IMAGINiT Technologies, a division of Rand Worldwide, is seeking an Account Executive for the AEC market in Boston. You will promote Autodesk and IMAGINiT solutions, build strong customer relationships, and drive strategic growth with architects, engineers, and construction professionals.

You will collaborate with Autodesk and internal teams to deliver value, manage opportunities, and exceed sales targets. 20–25% travel is expected; base salary ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 with generous OTE

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
• Proven sales track record in software/tech.
• Deep knowledge of the AEC industry workflows and pain points.
• Strong understanding of Autodesk solutions (Revit, AutoCAD, ACC, Civil 3D).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• CRM familiarity, Salesforce a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to close deals with AEC organizations.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and understand their objectives.
• Present IMAGINiT/Autodesk solutions tailored to client needs.
• Lead market development and collaborate on targeted campaigns.
• Work with technical teams and partners to deliver customized solutions.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and negotiate terms.
