Job summary

IMAGINiT Technologies, a division of Rand Worldwide, seeks a highly motivated Account Executive specializing in Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) to drive sales and growth in the AEC sector by promoting Autodesk and IMAGINiT solutions.

You will build strong customer relationships, identify opportunities, and deliver value-driven solutions tailored to architects, engineers and construction professionals, collaborating with Autodesk, partners, and internal teams to maximize impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Proven sales success, preferably in software/tech sectors.
• Deep knowledge of the AEC industry and workflows.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build lasting customer relationships.
• Familiarity with Autodesk solutions such as Revit/AutoCAD.
• Willingness to travel 20-25%.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Account Management: develop and execute sales plans with key AEC accounts.
• Solution Selling: present Autodesk and IMAGINiT offerings tailored to client needs.
• Market Development: identify trends and orchestrate targeted campaigns.
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver proofs of concept.
• Partner with Autodesk and other stakeholders to maximize penetration.
• Revenue Generation: achieve and exceed sales targets; negotiate terms.
