Samsung Ads is seeking a Customer Success Manager based in LA to support the Sales team, drive campaign performance, and help renewals. You will partner with Sellers on key accounts and deliver end-to-end support across digital and programmatic advertising platforms.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in advertising sales/account management, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of the programmatic landscape.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Advertising Sales support within Account Management.
• Proven track record of expanding existing accounts via upselling and cross-selling.
• Strong client-facing presentation skills with ability to communicate campaign performance.

Responsabilités

• Align with Sales to provide seamless account support, including RFP responses and post-sale campaign insights.
• Drive incremental revenue through proactive upsell strategies and campaign analytics.
• Lead campaign kickoff meetings and manage launch timelines with cross-team coordination.
• Educate clients on Samsung Ads platform and guided optimization based on goals.
• Collaborate with Marketing for client-specific ideation and solutions.
