Samsung Ads, the advertising monetization arm of Samsung Electronics, seeks a Customer Success Manager based in New York. You will support Sales with account management, drive revenue through upsell strategies, and lead campaign launches with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and renewals.

• 5+ years in organizations supporting Advertising Sales in Account Management.
• Proven track record of expanding accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
• Attention to detail, multitasking, and strong organizational skills.
• Experience presenting during meetings with clients.
• Deep understanding of digital advertising space and programmatic landscape.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with Sales to provide seamless account support, including RFP responses, media planning, post-sale kick-off, and campaign insights reporting.
• Drive incremental revenue via proactive upsell strategies and campaign performance analytics.
• Lead campaign kick-off meetings, manage timelines, and streamline communication on updates and optimization.
• Communicate with internal product and operations teams about campaigns, KPIs, and requirements.
• Build and scale AI-powered campaigns using ML modeling to predict performance and optimize for client goals.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Samsung Ads platform to upsell opportunities.
• Produce best practices and client recommendations to drive renewal business.
• Collaborate with Marketing for client-specific ideation and solutions.
• Educate and guide new and existing clients on best practices and onboarding.
