Job summary

EY is seeking a Relationship Manager, Supervising Associate, to develop and maintain long-term relationships with Partners, Principals, Managing Directors and Directors. The role requires strong communication, strategic thinking, and collaboration across stakeholders to achieve business goals.

You will manage relationships, monitor performance, and ensure high-quality administrative support in a hybrid, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 6–8 years relevant experience.
• Experience with MS Office, dashboards and reporting metrics as storytelling through data.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with 450+ PPMDDs to understand administrative support needs.
• Act as main point of contact with PPMDDs.
• Identify and address potential quality issues or risk exposures.
• Develop strategies to improve administrative processes and efficiency.
• Collaborate with near-shore and on-shore management to improve service delivery.
