Job summary

Unum is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Corporate Strategy Office and Products Value Stream. You will help drive execution, coordination, and communication in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring strong organizational skills, proactive mindset, and the ability to work with senior leaders. The role offers visibility into strategic initiatives and cross-functional work at Unum.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher with relevant administrative experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Maintain calendar, schedule meetings, travel and expenses for the manager and team.
• Open mail, triage items and delegate where appropriate.
• Prepare documents and meeting materials; arrange rooms and catering as needed.
• Support routine reporting, budgeting, and SharePoint needs.
• Coordinate department projects and act as liaison for stakeholders.
• Greet visitors, answer calls, order supplies, and ensure equipment works.
