Unum, based in Chattanooga, TN, seeks a strategic HR leader to partner with executives and drive enterprise talent initiatives. This role shapes Human Capital strategy to support growth, transformation, and culture objectives across the organization.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years of HR leadership experience, strong business acumen, and a track record of influencing senior leaders through change and transformation.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including significant HR business partner leadership.
• Experience partnering with executive leaders to drive organizational transformation and workforce strategy.
• Strong business acumen with ability to translate enterprise strategy into people initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic thought partner to executive leaders on organizational, talent, leadership, and workforce matters.
• Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute Human Capital strategies aligned to enterprise priorities and transformation efforts.
• Lead enterprise-level talent initiatives including succession planning, organizational design, change management and culture evolution.
• Drive organizational effectiveness efforts to improve agility, accountability, collaboration, and efficiency across functions.
• Provide strategic coaching to executives to strengthen leadership capability and team effectiveness.
