Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, executive support, or administration.
• BA/BS degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an operational connector across Development and External Affairs to coordinate shared priorities.
• Develop tools, calendars, templates, and processes to create visibility and clarify responsibilities.
• Coordinate timelines, milestones, and information flow across teams and partners.
• Manage organization-wide communications calendar and support leadership meetings and boards.
