Job summary

Pinterest is seeking a Client Account Manager II to drive a sophisticated book of business with major advertisers. You will advise on upper-funnel campaigns for CPG brands, manage partnerships, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver measurable impact.

Key responsibilities include implementing CRM data, optimizing audiences, and delivering weekly performance reports. Strong sales, communication skills and curiosity about AI tools are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital advertising sales, preferably with performance advertisers.
• Ability to manage client accounts independently and drive revenue.
• Familiarity with AI tools to improve campaign workflows and insights.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, upsell, and optimize data-driven upper-funnel campaigns for CPG brands.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with marketing leads, agencies, and teams.
• Ensure accurate first-party CRM and shopper data implementation for targeting.
• Optimize campaigns and audiences to maximize reach and frequency for CPG brands.
• Deliver weekly performance reports and translate metrics into clear narratives.
• Advise clients on Pinterest ad products, targeting, bidding and measurement.
• Provide exceptional client service and drive ongoing campaign improvements.
