Job summary

Pinterest is seeking a Client Account Manager II to drive a sophisticated book of business with large advertisers on the US Enterprise Sales team in Chicago. You will act as a trusted advisor, translating data-driven insights into strategy and managing campaigns from planning to optimization.

You will build strong partnerships with brand marketing leads, agencies, and shopper teams, deliver weekly performance reports, and upsell strategic solutions while ensuring accurate CRM and data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in digital advertising sales and client leadership is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to build lasting partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, upsell, and optimize data-driven upper-funnel awareness ad campaigns for CPG brands in collaboration with internal teams.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with brand marketing leads, media agencies, and shopper marketing teams.
• Ensure accurate implementation of clients' CRM and shopper data segments across campaigns.
• Deliver weekly campaign performance reports and translate metrics into clear narratives for clients.
• Advise clients on Pinterest ad products, targeting, bidding, and measurement strategies.
• Provide exceptional client service and seamless campaign execution; upsell strategic solutions.
• Simplify complex processes and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
