Jobgether is seeking a Strategic ACO Contract Manager in the United States to lead complex contract negotiations and manage provider relationships. This remote role focuses on value-based contracting, network adequacy, and financial performance across hospitals and physician groups.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in healthcare contracting, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and the ability to drive strategic solutions while maintaining compliant and effective provider networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience.
• Eight+ years of related healthcare contracting experience beyond the degree.
• Proven contract negotiation experience in health plan operations or provider relations.
• Strong understanding of provider contracting strategies and risk-based agreements.
• Excellent financial modeling, analytics, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret complex legal documents and contractual language.
• Demonstrated relationship management with external partners at multiple levels.
• Strategic thinker who adapts contracting terms to changing business needs.
• Authorized to work in the United States; remote eligibility with state restrictions.
• Knowledge of data analytics and reimbursement structures helps drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft, and evaluate provider contracts aligned with financial objectives.
• Oversee contract lifecycle from initiation to renewal and closure.
• Maintain contract language, fee schedules, and reimbursement terms.
• Manage provider relationships and resolve contractual disputes.
• Evaluate network performance and identify cost and quality improvement opportunities.
• Develop and negotiate innovative ACO and value-based contracting models.
• Conduct financial and risk analyses to identify viable contracting solutions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align contracts with business priorities.
