Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 8+ years of healthcare contracting and provider relations experience.
• Proven success negotiating healthcare service and provider contracts.
• Strong knowledge of risk-based contracting, ACOs, and value-based models.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to interpret complex contracts and data analytics.
• Remote-work eligibility and US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft, and evaluate provider contracts aligned with financial goals.
• Oversee contracts from initiation through renewal and closure.
• Maintain contract language, fee schedules, and reimbursement terms.
• Manage provider relationships with senior contracting partners.
• Develop value-based contracting and ACO arrangements.
• Analyze financial and risk-based contracting implications.
