Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Strategic ACO Contract Manager in the United States to lead complex negotiations with hospitals and physician groups, develop contracting strategies, and manage the full contract lifecycle from negotiation to renewal.

You will apply financial modeling, risk-based contracts, and data analytics to balance cost, quality, network adequacy, and affordability while driving cross-functional collaboration across operations and provider partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience in healthcare contracting.
• At least eight years of related work experience.
• Strong understanding of provider contracting strategies and risk-based agreements.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft, and evaluate provider contracts.
• Oversee contracts from initiation to renewal and closure.
• Maintain contract language and reimbursement terms with policy changes.
• Manage provider relationships and resolve contractual disputes.
• Evaluate network performance and identify cost/quality improvements.
• Develop innovative contracting arrangements including ACO models.
