• Contract Negotiation and Development: Negotiate, draft, and evaluate provider contracts, ensuring alignment with financial objectives and reimbursement guidelines.
• Contract Lifecycle Management: Oversee contracts from initiation to renewal and closure with deadlines and obligations.
• Contract Maintenance: Update contract language, fee schedules, and reimbursement terms with policy changes.
• Provider Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and senior contracting leaders.
• Issue Resolution: Address provider concerns and facilitate effective resolutions.
• Network Performance Evaluation: Assess provider/network performance for cost, quality, and service improvements.
• Value-Based Contracting: Develop and negotiate ACO and other value-based models to support quality and financial goals.
